We have eight locations in central PA.

  1. Where are your restaurants located?

Harrisburg, Lemoyne, Mechanicsburg (Hampden), Mechanicsburg (Silver Springs), Carlisle, Hanover, York, Lancaster

  1. How long have you been in business?

The first El Rodeo opened in 1992 in Harrisburg.

  1. What’s your key to providing good service and great food to your customers?

We use quality and fresh ingredients to create our delicious dishes.  Using old family recipes that we modify to appeal to our customer base.  We train our staff to treat our customers as guests in their homes, catering to their requests and making sure their dining experience is the best possible.  Our restaurants are decorated in a festive atmosphere to make our guests feel they are at a Mexican fiesta (party).

  1. What are your two most popular menu items?

Our two most popular menu items are enchiladas and fajitas.  Specifically, Enchilada Supreme which consists of four enchiladas each with a distinct filling (chicken, ground beef, bean, cheese), topped with our special Mole Ranchero sauce and cheese, lettuce, sour cream and tomato.  Fajitas are another popular menu item.  We have different varieties.   You can choose from chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops, tilapia or a combination of those meats sautéed with onions, bell pepper, and tomato.   Vegetarian fajitas are also available with the onions, bell pepper, tomato, mushrooms, zucchini and squash.   We also have on the menu our Hawaiian fajitas that are grilled with pineapple and served in half a pineapple.  All our fajitas are served with rice, beans, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, tomato and tortillas.
