

Being a big sports fan, Tina Wright knows the importance of having a competitive edge and facing a challenge head-on. Those winning instincts have made her a success as Agency Partner and Manager of Agency Operations for Managing Partners Insurance. But it’s her caring side for her clients that probably leaves the biggest impression.
Having been with the company for 13 years, Tina says the relationships she and her colleagues have nurtured with her clients have allowed them to enjoy their current success. “Managing Partners provides hands-on customer service that is personalized to every customer,” explains Tina. “As a local, family-owned independent agency we are small enough to give individual service to our clients, which they deserve, but experienced enough to be experts in evaluating the needs of larger business clients.” She says the company’s goal is always to protect your family and your business with the right coverage at reasonable rates while striving to build a long-term relationship.
Tina’s speciality? Complex multi-line commercial accounts that span across multiple states. But she’s not stopping there. Having completed and earned the designation of Certified Insurance Sales Representative (CISR), Tina is currently studying for two additional titles: Certified Insurance Counselor and CISR Elite.
She attributes her ambition to how she was brought up. “I was raised in a strong family environment with high expectations to achieve goals. These lessons have served me well not only in the workplace, but also in my personal life.”
High standards are also part of the philosophy for service at Managing Partners. Tina explains that the company’s employees volunteer their time in the community, support fundraising events and actively participate in Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs. “Our agency has sponsored many community charitable events,” adds Tina.
For Tina, each day is an opportunity to help someone. “Meeting a variety of people and knowing that I can make a difference by giving them peace of mind in advising and maximizing their insurance needs is definitely my favorite part of my work.”
