• 2 1/2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Chili Lime Grilled Shrimp
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Juice and zest from 1 lime
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined and peeled
• Bamboo skewers
Preheat the grill to 450 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together the first four ingredients. Stir in the shrimp and coat completely.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. While the shrimp is marinating, soak the bamboo skewers in water for 15-20 minutes. Stick the shrimp onto the skewers. Discard any remaining marinade.
Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cover. Grill 2 minutes. Flip and grill another 2 minutes or until opaque.

Old-Fashioned Strawberry Shortcake
• 3 pints fresh strawberries
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 tablespoons white sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup shortening
• 1 egg
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 cups whipped heavy cream
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Slice the strawberries and toss them with 1/2 cup of white sugar. Set aside. Grease and flour one 8 inch round cake pan. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, 2 tablespoons white sugar and the salt. With a pastry blender cut in the shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Make a well in the center and add the beaten egg and milk. Stir until just combined. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool partially in pan on wire rack. Slice partially cooled cake in half, making two layers. Place half of the strawberries on one layer and top with the other layer. Top with remaining strawberries and cover with whipped cream.
