From a young age, Dr. Laurel Bailey always aspired to help others and make a difference in people’s lives. That led her to medical school, where she naturally gravitated to dermatology and skin care treatments.
Now in her 33rd year of practicing medicine, she’s been able to realize all of those aspirations. Since 2004, Dr. Bailey has been performing the most advanced laser and aesthetic skin procedures available. Three years ago, after a hospital takeover, Dr. Bailey had to relocate and privatize her laser skin care business. She was able to turn that challenge into a success story and is now looking to expand her staff to offer more services to more patients.
Dr. Bailey’s treatments range from Blue Light Therapy for acne, age spot and hyperpigmentation repair, laser hair removal and vein removal to microdermabrasion, and fine line repair and rejuvenation. “I love using laser to remove dark spots and irregularities in skin,” says Dr. Bailey with a smile. Dr. Bailey is trained to offer Voluma cheek filler, Volbella lip filler , Juvederm, Restylane, Botox and Dysport. She also offers a range of skin care products, including anti-acne, alpha hydroxy therapy, green tea therapy, vitamin C treatments and Retinol smoothing serums, and hypoallergenic sunscreens .
Her passion for helping people and connecting with each patient individually is easy to observe. “I love the patient/doctor relationships and enjoy getting to know each individual personally including learning about their careers, family, goals and values.” With that in mind, Dr. Bailey makes it a point to contribute to the community, offering numerous free skin cancer screenings in the area and donating to The Breast Cancer Foundation.
