The Reanimator Project believes “We’re all in it together”
Starting March 25, folks in the Harrisburg area who need food, groceries, and supplies and who otherwise can’t get out to get them for whatever the reason, can now receive what they need through Harrisburg Bike Deliverance’s the Reanimator Project, which provides prompt, reliable and friendly delivery service through the exclusive use of non-motorized transportation, a.k.a. bikes. The group’s goal is to promote social change through sustainable methods of transport and distribute immediate aid to those effected by the COVID-19 pandemic. There’s also a “pay it forward” option and the service will work it out with those who want to lend a hand and foot the bill for someone else who might not be able to afford delivery.
Here’s how it works:
- You purchase the items beforehand
- Donate according to your delivery zone
- Sit back and wait for delivery
So if you need the service to pick up groceries, supplies, or other items, or know someone who does, they can help. Call 717-884-9650 (9 a.m. to 7 p.m. until further notice) and let them know what you need, where you are, and how to get ahold of you. They will make sure it is delivered safely and hygienically.
